The brainchild of our assistant brewer Darragh. Last year we brewed up a thick, chocolate led stout, aged it on chunks of oak soaked in Ardbeg 10 and rounded it out with cocoa nibs. Stout, as it should be! Currently available at Simon Lambert & Sons, Wexford.

Brewed the morning after the night before! Bramling Cross hops were used throughout the boil giving us loads of blackcurrant notes. The German hop Huell Melon was decided upon for dry hopping offering up subtle strawberry flavours on our 5.2% Amber ale.
