Brewed the morning after the night before! Bramling Cross hops were used throughout the boil giving us loads of blackcurrant notes. The German hop Huell Melon was decided upon for dry hopping offering up subtle strawberry flavours on our 5.2% Amber ale.
Our annual harvest lager was brewed with 100% pilsener malt and hopped with Tipperary grown Hersbrucker. The resulting lager has a delicate floral nose with a long bitter finish. Here’s to a successful crop next year!
